Psychotherapist
My approach is uniquely tailored to each individual, recognising that no two people are alike. I believe that deep transformation and healing come from both a top-down and bottom-up approach, addressing the mind, body, and soul in an integrated way. This holistic perspective allows us to explore your direct experiences and patterns, ensuring that true healing takes place on all levels—creating lasting transformation from within.
I use Embodied Processing, a practice that helps you tune into your body’s sensations and responses to understand how emotions, stress, and trauma are stored physically. By connecting with your body’s innate wisdom, we can work together to release tension and deepen your self-awareness and resilience. I also integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), a therapeutic approach that views the mind as composed of different parts, each carrying valuable insights about your inner experience. Through curious, compassionate and non-judgmental exploration of these parts, we can foster internal harmony and help you connect with your true Self—the core of who you are. This integrative approach empowers you to navigate life’s challenges with greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and balance.
As an optimistic psychotherapist, I deeply believe in the human capacity to access a profound source of inner wisdom. When we take the time to understand the intentions of our inner parts, we unlock the potential for greater self-awareness and genuine self-compassion. This understanding empowers us to heal, grow, and tap into our innate ability to thrive, no matter the challenges we face.
By integrating both systemic and experiential approaches, we’ll engage in the process with curiosity, open hearts, and plenty of humour along the way.
