My approach is uniquely personalised, recognising that each individual is distinct. I understand that lasting healing and profound transformation require both a top-down and bottom-up approach, allowing clients to overcome challenges and cultivate true well-being in all areas of life. I utilise both Embodied Processing and Internal Family Systems encouraging clients to fully embrace and accept their experiences, fostering a deep connection between mind and body. This integrative method empowers individuals to navigate life's difficulties with enhanced resilience and self-awareness
